Born in southern Spain, CoCo Riot is an artist working in the domains of queer and anti-oppression artivism. Exhibitions of her work, especially the “Genderpoo” project, have been held in contemporary art museums, radical queer festivals, New York video galleries, classrooms, autonomous social centres in Europe and North America and in friends’ houses.
